We offer a property management service that will take the stress out of owning a property; from basic key handling to monthly property checks, arranging cleaning, managing rentals and sourcing trustworthy local tradesmen, we can take care of everything for you.

Prices subject to IVA. All of the above includes key holding, a monthly visit and report. Weekly visits are also available.

"My wife Maggie & I have owned our property in Los Algarrobos, Nueva Andalucia since 2014. During our time renovating the property, we met Steve (then with Vacation Care), who was extremely helpful to us, ensuring that we complied with the rules of the Community and also aided us on interaction with our neighbours in relation to the project.  We quickly learned that Steve was the key person to turn to when issues arose.


We have had a property management contract with Steve ever since, under which our property is visited on a monthly basis to ensure that everything is in order. This is a particularly useful service since our house is not occupied most of the time so gives us peace of mind to know that someone responsible is regularly checking the house, to ensure that there are no problems and most importantly, to inform us if anything is amiss.  Steve has always taken a personal interest in resolving any issues that we have and is been extremely professional and responsive.


In December 2016, the Marbella area encountered an extreme storm. As we were not in Spain at the time, we were unaware of this event. Fortunately, Steve carried out a check of our property and discovered a leak in the roof of our house. He immediately sent a team of people to deal with the problem clean up.  We will always be grateful for his quick-thinking and support, he went above and beyond what was provided in our contract.


Steve and his wife Rachel have recently established their own Company, "We Do Property", to provide property management services. When Steve informed us of this, without any hesitation, my wife and I decided to switch our management contract to the new Company. Based on our experience with Steve over the past five years, we have no doubt that he and Rachel will provide us with an exemplary service into the future."
