We appreciate many owners are now buying properties that were built 20 to 30 years ago. Although this is far from old, these homes appear dated and newer, modern designs are both desirable and necessary. We provide the transition from old to new, seamlessly.

Project Management is something we do naturally. We provide the contractors or simply manage those that you already have. We understand you may not have the time to dedicate yourself to project management whilst your refurb is ongoing, so we offer the service for you - attending daily/weekly site meetings and reporting back to you.
